VIDEO ART

21st Century Brautiganism is a unique digital video art expression continuing the poetry of the Richard Brautigan into the 21st Century. It introduces the mix of art forms and promotes interdisciplinary research that combines literature, linguistics, with fine arts, computing and time-based media technologies. Assuming that these modern digital editing tools can be used to create a bridge between visual and textual art forms this project reintroduces poetry to appeal to the visually stimulated digital generation, thus connecting the cultures of the past and the cultures of the future through time and space.
